We’re on the lookout for a Growth Marketing Specialist!

Your job will be focused on scaling demand generation Ladder through a growth strategy that integrates content, proprietary technology platforms, and paid media promotion. This is a content marketing focused role, but one that is highly dynamic: from raising the awareness of our world renowned blog to increasing signups on our technology platform to working with our client services teams to produce case studies.

You will work with cutting-edge technology, tools and people while helping grow one of the world's most respected growth agencies.

Your role at Ladder will also involve:

• Collaboration with content production and distribution teams
• Management of paid media accounts
• Management of tools such as Hubspot and MailChimp
• Ideation (and implementation) of quarterly growth initiatives

You’ll do great if you combine the following experience and attributes:

• Experience in content marketing (strategy, SEO, promotion)
• Passion for growth marketing
• Ambition to make an impact
• Independence (no need for micro-management)
