As a Creative Strategy Team Lead at Ladder, your mission will involve:

- Managing a team of up to 4 Creative Strategists to deliver new creative strategies and testing plans that drive the best quality results for your portfolio of clients.
- Training and developing your team, and supporting them in executing research, brand positioning, creative ideas and concepts, as well as the ongoing management of client accounts.
- Keeping a close eye on the quality of work we put out - responsible for quality checking strategic pitches as well as consistency of assets with the brand and creative strategy.
- Overseeing performance data to ensure the efforts of our creative strategy and testing is translating into tangible performance results for your portfolio of clients.
- Supporting your team on client calls and providing senior leadership where necessary.
- Problem-solving issues and being the point of escalation for your team.
- Being a real part of the team - contributing ideas to improve the department, be it new services, internal processes or other initiatives.
- Ladder is growing, so youโll be tasked with growing your team, managing resourcing and expanding your client portfolio too.
- Managing the workload and resourcing for your team and ensuring all work is delivered to deadline.
Youโll do great if you combine the following experience, skills and attributes:
- A portfolio that shows you can tell a brandโs story through great campaigns.
- Experience building compelling Creative Strategy and testing plans, through research and data driven strategic thinking.
- Experience working within performance marketing, including a good knowledge of Google/ Facebook ads, landing pages, email campaigns etc.
- Experience working with copy and design teams to ideate integrated graphic/ video and copy assets in line with creative direction/ concepts.
- An eye for good copy and design (and, maybe more importantly, for bad copy and design).
- Impressive powers of persuasion (through storytelling) and excellent client presentation skills.
